Gemini Housing Corporation, as Management Agent for Georgiaville Village Green, a low-income housing tax credit development, will begin taking applications for housing on Monday, March 4, 2019. Georgiaville Village Green is a 42-unit housing development located on Whipple Avenue in Smithfield, RI and offers one, two and three bedroom units, as well as ADA units, with on-site laundry and community room facilities. Applicant’s total household income may not exceed the Tax Credit income guidelines as published by HUD. Current Tax Credit Income Limits are as follows:

You may download, print, complete, and sign the application and mail to: Gemini Housing Corporation, 7 Church Street, Greenville, RI 02828 along with copies of all required verification highlighted on the application.
